The articles submitted for publication may be written in Romanian, English and any other Slavic language (Bulgarian, Czech, Croatian, Polish, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Ukrainian). Nevertheless, the editorial staff encourages the publication of articles in English. Regardless of the language in which they are written, the articles must also provide the title, abstract and the keywords (5 to 7 words) in English. The papers will be submitted in a WORD document, in .doc or .docx format to the editorial office e-mail: romanoslavica@gmail.com

In addition to submitting the article, authors are asked to complete and sign, then submit in PDF format the Publication Agreement.

Romanoslavica is an Open Access publication that allows the downloading, distribution and use of materials according to the law, provided they are properly cited. Therefore, the author detains the copyright without any restrictions and, after publication, he has the right to partially or fully use his article and all information and materials from it for personal or didactic purposes, to publish partially or fully the article in the language in which it was published in Romanoslavica or in other languages, on the condition of explicit mention of the fact that the first publication of the article took place in Romanoslavica, with the indication of the full reference.

Regarding the papers which use special fonts, they will be sent together with the article. Images, tables and graphics can also be used. Only high resolution images in .jpeg or .png which are not copyrighted will be accepted.

The publication of articles in Romanoslavica journal is free of charge.
